Bathroom was not cleaned at all & the staff was absent

Apartment in excellent location 50m from main square in Gliwice.

The location is great. In the middle of Gliwice city center. The hosts were accomodating and helpful. The price is low and the value for money good, all things considered. You can park right outside the building, but finding a parking space can be tricky.

The water takes forever to get warm, and when it does, there are two modes only: extremely hot or cold. The room and bathroom were cleanish. The bed linen had stains, and the beds didn't have proper mattress covers, but duvet covers. One bed was also extremely noisy. Although our room was located on street level, we didn't hear much sound from the street (note: City View means window facing the street ...). However, soundproofing between rooms was very poor. I don't feel photos, descriptions and reviews do justice to what the property really is like.
