Very very dirty, bad maintenance, bathroom heater is not working, basin is clogged, kitchen area is leaking, the sofa very dirty, there's lots of stains on the sofa, table dusty, toilet bad maintenance and dirty. The whole property is very moist.
MYMYMYMYIt's pretty much like mentioned as a treasure hunt with the prize of getting the keys to the apartment and finding the allocated parking. Food is easy to find with plenty of entertainment below in the shopping mall.
Wish it could have been easier, the instructions were quite confusing and much time was wasted when we were exhausted already for the day.

NLThe location itself on the vibrant shopping complex. Closer to the airport and not far distance from the rest of attraction points in Kuching. The cleanliness and interior setup is simple and comfortable. Check-in instruction is clear and straight to the point.
Air cond in living room was not working and as a guest, we were not informed earlier. Access card to the parking not working properly, could be the battery or the card. Access to swimming pool for the guest is not communicated properly in online booking platform. Access into the lobby where the mailbox with key & cards kept was limited, with no fulltime guards was stationed. Have to wait for other guests to open the glass door from inside only then new guest can go in. Sorry for these comments, but I think this is good for improvement. Thank you
