Excellent location very interesting building. Very nice stuff. Let us stay till the evening because the apartment wasn't booked for the next day.

Very nice apartment in a central location. Parking is surprisingly easy, we were able to find free parking within a 5 minutes walk.

There is a bar under the apartment, so it can be a bit noisy during the evening, but as they close at 10 it is not a major issue.

Pleasant accommodation in a historic house, generous space, well-equipped apartment, great atmosphere. Bakery or wine shop right under the windows. Friendly host.

A common corridor in a valuable historic house would deserve a better look.

We loved every single thing about this property and this place. The flat is so beautiful - located just above a wine bar, across the road from a bakery, and (literally) a stone's throw from Lake Traunsee - and yet it is not noisy. It is impeccably clean, slept family of 4 comfortably. Philip was so easy to communicate with - he answered emails immediately. If you're driving, worry not - you can drive the car to the flat to drop off your suitcases, then Phillip gave me the map-pin-drop to the free parking - only a 7 minute walk away. IF you are a sleeper who likes pitch-black, take a sleeping mask b/c there is a street light outside the primary bedroom window that stays on overnight. Gmunden was stunning - definitely our favourite part of our Austrian holiday.

The location was great and the style of the apartment.

There was no AC although I think it is standard in the area.
