Krásné místo v historické části města. Výhled z okna kostel, na rohu ulice domácí pekárna z roku 1633, obchod do 5 min chůze. Apartman prostorný, čistý, dobře vybavený. Vybavení nebylo nejmladší, ale splňovalo veškeré potřeby. Veřejná pláž dostupná do 10min pěšky. Parkování zdarma do 10 min. od ubytování, nicméně placené stání průběhem dne či při vkládání věci hned u ubytování.

Die Unterkunft entsprach in Optik und Ausstattung der Beschreibung und hatte einen historischen Charm im Zentrum von Gmunden. Es war alles vorhanden, sogar Kaffeepads für die Kaffeemaschine. Der Vermieter war ausnehmend zuvorkommend und stets ansprechbar.
