GBThe apartment was spacious, well furnished with large rooms. Floor to ceiling windows, Balconies off every room. The kitchen has almost everything you could want, including an airfryer; all the appliances were up-to-date and good quality. It felt secure. The reception, lifts and landings were well maintained The showers had good pressure, there were lots of towels. We were hare for three weeks without any sign of "cabin fever". Best apartment we have stayed in on the Island.
One bathroom was a little whiffy, it had a bath fitted with a spa facility which we believe didn't work, one of the nozzles was just where your back would go when you laid in the bath. Facing north/north-east it was a little cold - it didn't get the sun, this was completely mitigated by the fact the AC had a heating setting.
LVGBExceptional property in a great location for the centre of Funchal and the harbour. Secure and gated building and the hosts were brilliant. Large and spacious on a corner position with private balconies all around the property so lovely to sit out in the evening and soak up the atmosphere below. Fabulous restaurants and bars within walking distance, and supermarket and indoor shopping centre 5 minutes away. Not only that Madeira is beautiful.
Nothing, it was perfect and we will certainly use it again.
DESie war genau wie beschrieben. Gross, geräumig, mit Balkonen zu drei Seiten und einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Fußweg zur Altstadt etwa 15 Minuten.
GBThis apartment is exceptional. It is spacious, well equipped and has an excellent view of the harbour. This is a repeat visit and we are coming again. The owners are very helpful, courteous and friendly. It is very well positioned in the old town of funchal. I highly recommend it.

GBIt's had a make over since last there.New flooring,New Air Fryer,Fridge Freezer. This is a fantastic apartment. Joseph on time to meet us.Brilliant position in Funchal centre.Lovely views,highly recommended.
Not really a problem, but if more than two people staying - be aware you just need time for hot water tank to re heat for showers for everyone.
GBThis apartment is much better then the photographs, its massive!! Both bathrooms are great, the kitchen is very well equipped for anything you may want to cook, lots of outside space for sitting out, a very comfortable sofa and chairs and a lovely dining table in the sitting room as well as the one in the kitchen. The location couldn't be better too. We could park our hire car in the underground garage and it was so easy to visit the Christmas markets and lights.
The only thing that could have been better was the weather!!

MTThe apartment was centrally located and had its own private parking in the garage. Rooms were clean and had all the facilities that we needed. The host was very helpful and explained everything to us.
