The Pine Hua Hin

The accommodation itself is clean and modern. It's within a small condominium with easy access to Khao Takiab beach, some nice restaurants and convenience stores. The beach is clean and relatively quiet - we enjoyed long walks in the early morning and late afternoon with a cooling sea breeze. The security man was very welcoming and helped move our luggage to and from the apartment which is on the 6th floor, near to the lift door.

As others have commented, the temperature control on the shower doesn't function properly. Eventually, we worked out how to get the water warm by turning the temperature control up to max until the hot water came through and then gradually adjusting it back down to warm. However, after a while it turned cold again. The bathroom has glass walls. There are blinds for privacy except on the door. Not a problem for us, but might be for people needing a bit more privacy.

The location is great. Very short walk to the beach. Restaurants are around too so looking for food is not a problem.

The air-con takes a long time to cool the place down but it can be the heat from the outside.

New well equipped appt. Close to beach & with excellent swimming pool. Fruit & grocery shops nearby. Beach at 200 yards- morning walk to beach with nightingales chirping!

Location

We where led to believe it was a apartment but this was not the case on arrival it was a private owed condo which we where informed should be only rented for a 30 day minimum not 5 days as it is illegal !!!!!!! Stated sea view not the case . We are confused how booking .com allowed this .

Very nice apartment, comfortable coach. Nice swimming pool. End of October still low season, so only a few appointments occupied. Sea view. Bedacht very close and relaxed.

Wifi not so strong, but it worked.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the beach. The room was clean and airy with everything you need for a pleasant stay

The WiFi signal was poor

Love it in all aspects and it was truly value for money.

wifi was quite weak signal.

Room was very clean - no issues. Kitchen lacking: Electric kettle (saw empty box but no kettle), No toaster. No tin opener. Also no table knives - only forks.

Good locations. Clean and safe. Everything is very good. We definitely would go back and stay here again.
