Die Lage am Anfang der Dünen, keine weiten Wege zum Strand auf beiden Seiten, sehr hundefreundliche Gegend und Lokale.

Die Stiege zum Schlafzimmer im Spitzboden ist steil und hat nur kleine Stufen. Der Edeka ist ca. 2 km entfernt, 2 Bushaltestellen. Leider ist der Bus nicht kostenlos.
