The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the living room with dining table was large with the kitchen separated by an island. The bedroom had an en-suite bathroom, a very comfortable bed and the bathroom had a shower. The owner supplied the shampoo and shower gel and toilet paper. Very clean apartment and with a spectacular view of the sea, the fishing marina and promenade. The host met me when I arrived, gave me the key and explained everything. I would happily stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was perfectly clean, and the hosts were not only welcoming but also incredibly responsive to all my queries. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal—everything was close by, including beautiful restaurants and easy access to the main road, yet it was still peaceful and quiet. I loved the superb walk on the beach and even hired a bicycle for cycling and early morning walks. Plus, being close to the airport made traveling super convenient. The breathtaking view was the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Terrible experience - Not suitable for cold season I had an extremely disappointing stay at this flat in Larnaca, Cyprus. The accommodation was completely unsuitable for the colder months and had numerous issues that made my stay unbearable. **Heating and Comfort Issues:** The air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep or relax. The floor was freezing cold, to the point where it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot. The blanket provided was old and heavily used, offering little warmth or comfort. **Constant Construction Noise:** The building and surrounding area were plagued by ongoing construction work. This resulted in constant noise and dust, making it impossible to stay in the flat during the day and early afternoon. To make matters worse, the neighboring flat was undergoing renovation, further adding to the noise and dust problems. **Early Departure and Refund Issues:** Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was forced to leave earlier than planned. Unfortunately, the owner was unwilling to provide any refund for the unused nights, which was extremely disappointing given the circumstances. **Warning to Future Guests:** I strongly advise potential guests to be very careful when considering this accommodation. The flat is clearly not prepared for colder weather, and the ongoing construction issues severely impact the quality of stay. The owner's lack of flexibility regarding refunds is also concerning. In conclusion, this was a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone. The flat needs significant improvements before it can be considered suitable for guests, especially during colder seasons.

There was nothing to dislike. A great apartment.

Very convenient location with a nice pool and close to the beach. Easy parking on the street and supermarket close by.

Some of the furniture was a bit broken and toilet needed fixing. Aircon was quite noisy and could not be used if we used the veranda. Building works in the same building was very noisy. Lucky for us we were up early.

Wonderful location, very comfortable flat with beautiful sea views and everything needed provided with care and consideration. Perfect for the beach, great restaurants and easy walk into the centre of town. The owners were really lovely and commutative too, will definitely book again! Have already recommended it to friends and family.

Wonderful apartment, fabulous view of the sea, generous host, an all around marvelous experience.

The apartment was well equipped and had everything needed for our stay . The host was very welcoming and was very helpful and could be easily contacted . He arranged for both our airport transfers at a discounted rate. The hotel was very well located within a short distance from the airport and Mckenzie beach.There was also a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. If we go to Larnaca again Seascape 501 would be first choice for accommodation.
