Dogodna lokalizacja. W pobliżu przystanek tramwajowy, piekarnia, sklep spożywczy.

Klucz trzeba odebrać ze skrzynki odległej kilkaset metrów od mieszkania. W przesłanym mailu nie było informacji, że tym kluczem najpierw należy otworzyć bramę (jest dodatkowy zamek na ościeży). Okna sypialni wychodzą na ruchliwą całą dobę ulicę. Wentylator w łazience jest bardzo hałaśliwy, wymaga naprawy. Wymienić należy też zużyte poduszki. Ławki w kuchni są niewygodne.

Das Appartement ist sehr zentral in der Nähe des Hbf gelegen. Den Schlüssel erhält man sehr unkompliziert an einer Adresse auf halbem Weg mittels Code. Für zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend, sehr hilfreich bei 6 Mädels sind die zwei Bäder.

Die Schlafzimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße sind recht laut. Für 6 Personen ist das Appartement wirklich nur zum Schlafen geeignet, da auch die Couch als Schlafplatz genutzt werden muss. Es war insgesamt etwas schmuddelig (unterm Teppich), Tassen im Schrank waren schmutzig und mussten erstmal abgewaschen werden. Küchenstühle alle defekt, auch ein Lampenstecker (siehe Fotos)

Lovely apartment very close to town centre. Lift was a fantastic addition..

Heating, was not very controllable it was constantly very warm. Instructions for reducing temperature would have been great. Balcony door did not lock and though usable was faulty.

Excellent apartment. Lovely and clean. Everything you needed. 10 mins walk to the town

The lift was very small. Pillows were uncomfortable for me. Very very soft

The apartment was really nice and comfortable I felt like I was home, my group and I didn’t lack anything.

Very clean and bright with comfortable furnishings and well designed rooms. 2 good size double bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.

Whilst being close to the railway station and only a 15/20 minute walk from the central square is good, the area from the station isn’t great to walk through, especially at night. The tram is a good option to avoid this. We were there in a heat wave and a few fans would have helped - there was only 1 fan provided for the whole flat.

It was very close to the train station and city centre. Apartment was very clean and spacious.

There was no washing machine which was meant to be included. traffic noise was quite loud as the bedroom windows faced a busy street.

Very spacious, confortable and clean apartment. Great location. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved the balcony with garden view. Simple style apartment, but clean and tidy.

There is no air conditioning. I couldn’t believe there are city apartments that don’t have air conditioning in 21st century. The bedroom windows had to be closed due to the street noise, so air conditioning (at least in the living room) is a real necessity.

The location of the apartment is great only 5 minutes walk from the main train station and the edge of the town centre. Tram stops close by to get around Leipzig. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, really suitable for a family or larger group. Wifi is available and good. Communications good with host although did not see them. Remote Key pick up instructions clear and worked well.

A better description or visual of the entrance route to the property, via large double doors that lead to car parking and rear entrance to the apartment block. Also and more importantly the location of the door open button when going out from the apartment. Took us a few minutes to locate it.
