"Et ophold på godt og ondt."

Lejligheden lå i et stille kvarter lidt udenfor det centrale Itzehoe. Sengene var ret bløde, hvilket passede OS godt. Køkkeninventar og udstyr var af god kvalitet, modsat andre steder, hvor det ligner blandet overskud.

Alle rum (og vinduer) vendte mod nord, hvilket gjorde rummene noget mørke og dystre. Den lille terrasse vendte ligeledes mod nord med lidt sol om formiddagen. Vi rejste med vores lille hund, som iflg. Booking.com indebar et gebyr på € 20,- per uge. Vi fik en opkrævning fra udlejer på € 35,- for 4 dage for at få koden til nøglen. Jeg klagede til Booking.com, men intet skete. For ikke at miste både ferie og forudbetalt leje, måtte jeg arrangerede en bankoverførsel (incl. € 7,. i gebyr) hvorefter jeg fik koden. Uoverensstemmelser mellem udlejer og Booking.com m.h.t. gebyrer for eks. hund, babystol, etc. bør løses af de to førnævnte, og ikke af lejer. Den form for afpresning er uacceptabel, og vi kommer ikke igen!
