Palais by Kozystay - Thamrin

The apartment is conveniently located near Thamrin City Mall and Grand Indonesia, just a short walk away. The washing machine works well. I came back with clean laundry.

The power tripped twice during our stay when we turned on the aircon in the living room, but the host replied quickly and arranged for it to be fixed right away.

الموقع ممتاز جدا.. بجانبك اهم المولات في جاكرتا وايضا بجانبك ATM وعدد من الكفيات والمطاعم والصيدلية حيث بامكانك انهاء كثير من الامور دون الحاجة الى المواصلات. ايضا الشقة عبارة عن غرفتين وصالة ومطبخ مكتملة الاثاث. يوجد بلكونه باطلالة على الابراج جميلة جدا وصغيرة. اصنصير خاص. توفر التكاسي في العمارة بشكل شبه مستمر خصوصا في النهار

اولا طلب تسجيل في موقع غير معروف ووضع فيزة ويسحب تأمين مسترد. وترفق صورة جوازك. تسجيل الوصول ليس صعب لكن مقلق حيث المكان سكن وتاخذ المفتاح من الصندوق. يوجد استقبال ويقومون بخدمتك بتوصيل الشنط للشقة ولكن ليسوا ملزومين فيلزمك اكرامهم على خدمتهم لك. توجد روائح تخرج من المغسلة ارجوا من صاحب الشقة صيانتها. صاحب المنزل دقيق في الدخول والخروج حسب المسجل في الحجز. (انصح السكن فيه لكن يجب معرفة التفاصيل)

Very near to Thamrin City. Spacious & comfortable.

The direction to the place is just hopeless. Noone is contactable. We drove around the area / within 200 meters radius for 1 hour just to figure out where exactly is the place. And when we arrived at the place as directed by a security guard from a totally separate building, noone from the apartment is contactable. The keys were also put into wrong mailbox. I sent WhatsApp messages and to my surprise no response. The driver who was asked to fetch us from the airport also didn't know the exact location. How horrible. Imagine if we have come to a conclusion that this apartment is a scam. It's just bcoz of booking.com that I remained somewhat calm. Finally an assistant from the building finally managed to speak to the admin of this palais whatsoever name. Such a good brand that is only good for branding but pays no respect to a customer who had made payment. And by the way, I have no notification of the refund of rp500,000 so called security deposit. No courtesy at all. Such is the arrogance of this admin / owner As to the kitchen and toilet, the floor traps has problem with water not flowing into the holes. Almost flooded ... what a joke for Such a palais.... kitchen sink has black worms coming out of it. We are serious mr booking.com. you better tell them off. I have been booking.com user for so many years. And I enjoy the convenience and good prices. But this so called palais just does not deserve to be in your list let alone be deriving of recommendation. Pls help me to ask them on my rp 500 thousand deposit Thanks
