Great Host Comfortable flat Small kitchen but very practical Amazing view at zugspitze

Mooie ligging..net en schoon appartement.

1 rolluik voor de deur was stuk maar wij hebben er wel om kunnen slapen.

Dejlige og velindrettede lejligheder. Masser af plads og med en fantastisk udsigt til Zugspitze. Stedet ligger i perfekt afstand til bla Zugspitze og Eibsee. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder i byen og gode spisesteder. Fuld veludstyret køkken. Værten er super flink. Det er næsten som at bo hos et familiemedlem.

The places is just beautiful and the View is so nice, that it could be a painting on the wall !! The owners run the place and they a sweet people, they received us with homemade Apfelstrudel

The view from our room was AMAZING! (We had the "one bedroom balcony"). Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately on a beautiful walking path surrounded by the scenery. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, and the kitchenette was great for heating or preparing simple meals. The owner was kind and available while at the same time giving us our privacy. There are hiking and fun excursions all around the area. We picked Lermoos and this guesthouse on a whim because we wanted to see Austria. It was our first time there and we didn't know what to expect, but it was wonderful! It reminded me of my homeland in British Columbia (Canada).
