Essbereich ohne Tageslicht, Brandmelder nicht in allen Räumen, Nebenkostenpauschale zu hoch, tatsächliche Kosten wurden nicht berücksichtigt.

"Für Last Minute in Ordnung"

Wohnung war vergleichsweise neu, Ausstattung für zwei Personen ok, für mehr Personen reichen weder Tassen noch Gläser.Wohnung ist groß und geräumig . Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich ist aber etwas chaotisch. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte erst nach mehrmaligem anrufen.

Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet/Wohngebiet auf der anderen Seite ..also nicht die Kappeln Hafen Seite, keine Terrasse oder Freisitz ( entgegen der Beschreibung). Dusche zwar ebenerdig und ziemlich neu, aber Wasserablauf schlecht und die Dusche stinkt stark nach Kanal. Essecke ist im Flur im Dunkeln ohne Fenster. Die Vermieterin ist über das Problem mit der Dusche informiert und wird hoffentlich Abhilfe schaffen.

Wurde von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich begrüßt meine Fragen wurden beantwortet es wahr eine schön eingerichtete saubere Wohnung in der es mir an nichts gefehlt hat
