IEAbsolutely adored everything about the cottage, it's a lovely spot in the back roads, lovely and secluded with a great TV and kitchen facilities, as well as a lovely shower and bathroom setup. The staff were absolutely lovely and the owner even helped us source a lift into Wexford to wait in the town for our lift home! Definitely give a visit to Mary Barry's, who can send a complimentary shuttle bus out to the location to drive you in and home as long as it's ordered in advance, but would advise booking, as tables fill fast, and there are complimentary menus for takeaway's that deliver to the cottage.
The bathroom toilet tank makes a bit of a jarring noise if refilling, nothing too bothersome but is worth noting. Not a good spot for people without a vehicle, absolutely nothing that's wrong with the actual facility, it's just a small bit out of the way, which really pays as a benefit to the privacy it provides

IEFlying visit, one night stay. 10 min drive from Kilmore Quay, which was ideal for us after a day trip out to the Saltee Islands. 5 min drive / 30 min walk back to Kilmore for food in Mary Barry's and pints in Quigley's.
