Proximité des commerces, des restaurants, de la zone piétonne... Appartement bien rénové avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Luminosité dans tout l'appartement. De grands espaces permettant l'intimité de chacun.

L'escalier est un peu raide pour une personne âgée qui a du mal à marcher..
