Lokalizacja

Wszędobylski brud, pomijając gust gospodarza dom jest brudny, źle wyposażony w artykuły pierwszej potrzeby, łazienki okrutnie brudne, toalety niemyte od lat, obiekt ogólnie mocno zaniedbany. Potrzebny generalny remont. Gospodarz zarządza obiektem z perspektywy kilku tysięcy kilometrów . Slaby kontakt z gospodarzem. Osobiście odebralibyśmy licencję na najem.

"Peaceful location with lots of room"

The location is very peaceful with nice views from the patio. The apartment is spacious and the host was super responsive.

Minor, but a few extra towels and pillows would be nice.

Ubytování fantastický, jako doma. Klidná lokalita, do obchodu cca 15 minut pěšky, obchod vybavený úplně vším na co si jen vzpomenete. Okolí bohaté na výlety pěšky, kolem i autem...k moři i do hor skoro stejně daleko.

"Lovely stay!"

Location was perfect, walking distance from Kobarid and Kozjak Waterfall which is a must. We had both apartments for ourselves which was a plus. There's plenty of parking space, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Host was always helpful and responsive.

Could have been cleaner.

"Super - beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der gleichen Region würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen."

Vermieterin sehr freundlich, sehr gut erreichbar, nimmt auch aktiv Kontakt auf, bietet Hilfe an, für egal welches Anliegen. Und sie hat sich immer im Vorfeld rechtzeitig gemeldet, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten. Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch. Sehr schöner Garten, super Aussicht, nahe an der Soca, gut gelegen für alle Ausflüge und Outdoor-Aktivitäten, die man in Slowenien so machen will. Kobarid ist ein sehr schöner Ort, der alles bietet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Verbesserungsvorschläge nimmt die Vermieterin gerne an und kümmert sich zeitnah.

Das Verbesserungspotenzial haben wir persönlich mit der Vermieterin besprochen.

"Great stay in the Soca Valley!"

In a very beautiful ‘rural’ spot near Kobarid, the guest house is wonderfully designed and the lovely property is very attractive and well-maintained. The home’s secluded location gives a sense of being truly ‘away from it all’ despite being only five minutes from Kobarid. Our three-bedroom/two-bath suite was great for our party of six. Price was very reasonable. Proprietor was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night!

Really no issues. There was some challenge getting the heat to work on an unusually cool May evening, but every possible effort was made to fix it as quickly as possible.
