Family Home Kobarid - Soca and Nadiza apartament

Apartamento muy completo y espacioso, tenía todo lo necesario. El pueblo muy tranquilo para ir a desconectar y relajarse!

Professional and proactive communication, very kind owner. I appreciate the clear instructions in advance including free parking recommendations. Partially renovated clean apartment directly in the historic part of the city, a short walk from the square. Completely brand new kitchen and bathroom.

Very noisy environment around the apartment. Traffic and nightlife until very late hours. Noise also from the apartment below. From 05:00 AM car traffic directly under the windows. Although it's a one-way street with less traffic, even when you give up the possibility of ventilation, the old windows don't provide sound insulation and it's very difficult to sleep. This was also the main reason for interrupting our stay and the entire vacation halfway through and returning back home. Loss of shared time with my daughter, which I can never replace, and money. We will not use the compensation offer for 1-2 nights FOC - definitely not in this apartment.

Brilliant location in a lovely town. Very comfortable

Dozivljaj i opci dojam je iznad ocekivanja. Domacin je top, dobili smo puno zanimljivih i korisnih informacija. Lokacija objekta je takva da za obilazak lokalnih znamenitosti nije potreban auto nego je sve pjeske i nadohvat ruke. U blizini ima puno dostupnih parking mjesta koji su blizu apartmana. Sam smjestaj je vrlo komforan i ima sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Preko puta ulaza je i mala terasica na kojoj se moze ugodno boraviti 😀 Hvala domacinu na zanimljivom druzenju.

Appartement spacieux et bien décoré. 2 grandes chambres. La literie est très confortable. Des attentions nous attendaient dans le frigo : bière slovène, eau pétillante et jus de fruit pour les enfants. Situé en plein cœur du village. Logement calme et très propre. Je recommande !!

Bel emplacement un peu reculé du centre du village. Petite terrasse pour profiter...

Attention, un autre appartement, se trouve au premier. On entend les pas et les déplacements des personnes. Demandez donc d’être au premier.
