Die Lage ist sehr zentral und tatsächlich ruhig, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind.

Der Toilettensitz war locker und ließ sich nicht festschrauben. Die Befestigung des Duschregals war abgerissen.

Alles. Sauber, schalldichte Fenster (es war komplett leise, sowohl kein Straßenlärm als auch im Haus), Elektrische Rollos verdunkelten perfekt! Fernseher hatte Netflix etc., Rundum Sorglos Paket betreff Mitteilungen, Infos und Schlüsselerhalt.

Lüftung im Bad ging nicht, es staute sich nach dem Duschen die Hitze im Bad.

Stadtnähe

Die benachbarte Straße war sehr laut und es konnte nicht mit offenem Fenster geschlafen werden. Es war kein Duschgel vorhanden. Es haben scharfe Küchenmesser gefehlt und die Pfanne hatte einen stark verbogenen Boden gehabt. Parkplatzproblem.
