A great apartment located within Albayzín. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The apartment was well equipped, and looks and feels homely. The owner was pleasant and easily contactable for any matters.

Exceptionally clean and well stocked. There were all the cooking equipment you could ever need and many spices.

It is located in a very rugged area. This both a plus because you experience real life in the area. It is a minus because you do a lot of climbing on very irregular roads.

This accomodation is in an extraordinary historical neigborhood. It's not just a room its a big apartment with everyting you need for a long period too.

You need to be careful not to step on dogs poop in the streets, especially in the morning!

We liked everything! This place deserves 15 out of 10. Literally. The place is spotless, it has everything you may need and many things that never realized you may need. The host is thorough, lives upstairs (but you hardly hear/see him or his family) and has gathered information about the places to eat, spots to visit (and even an English-speaking taxi driver). The host himself speaks English and German (besides Spanish) as well. Highly recommended place in the upper Albayzin.

A (very minor) issue may arise with people who find it hard to get around Albayzin - cars cannot drive to the property (the street literally is too narrow), so you need to walk through a walkway to get there. The host, however, is very welcoming and good in organization, so he may help you out even in this case.

The host is super friendly and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, well equipped, and has a great terrace where you can see the snow covered mountains and the beautiful town. We especially love the convenient location. You can get everything around the corner, great coffee, nice vegan or non vegan meals, lovely local stores to get groceries, seafood, meat, etc. The location is so convenient and the place is so quiet, during the day and at night. the bus stop and taxi stand are close by. it’s easy to visit Alhambra by bus, by taxi, or by foot. We stayed for four days and can’t wait to get back.

I stayed at the place in October 2022, the apartment is in a quiet place and accessible to everywhere within walking distance. In the most beautiful area of ​​Granada. The apartment is very spacious, with a bedroom and a double bed, a spacious living room, a kitchen containing all the necessary equipment. The shower has everything a whole family needs. Laundry can be done on site. The owners are very nice and hospitable people. I received all the explanations before arriving at the place which helped me a lot. There is no parking on site and it is necessary to park in a paid parking lot, or look for parking on the streets outside the site. You can walk to the city center or take a bus. If you are looking for a quiet and spacious place, this is the place.
