Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, die ganze Stadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar und der Ausblick vom Balkon war super.

Die Unterkunft war nicht geputzt als wir angekommen sind und wir mussten komplett erst einmal fegen + wischen. Teller und Gläser waren leider auch nicht gespült und die Couch war noch voller Krümel vom Vormieter… inakzeptabel für diesen Preis. Sehr unangenehm war auch, dass die Rohre in den Bädern sehr stark gestunken haben. Hier gab es schon mehrere schlechte Bewertungen, ich weiß nicht, was man da machen kann?! Die Tiefgarage ist zwar ein großer Vorteil, aber nur für sehr kleine Autos geeignet. Von einem der Nachbarn haben wir einen riesen Kratzer bekommen, aber natürlich hat sich niemand diesbezüglich bei uns gemeldet… Der Vermieter war anfangs generell sehr nett, hat aber überhaupt nicht auf den Dreck in der Wohnung reagiert und dann auch noch versucht uns am Ende Schäden an der Wohnung aufzudrücken, für die wir nicht verantwortlich waren … insgesamt eine durchwachsene Erfahrung.

"Appartamento centrale, comodo, mantiene le promesse."

Fernando pazientissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha accolti gentilmente e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili su luoghi da visitare, ristoranti, bar per tapas ecc. L'appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, comodissimo, con una splendida vista sulla montagna dalla terrazza, silenzioso, discretamente pulito e dotato di tutto quanto dichiarato su booking. Vicinissimi anche bar e supermercati. Il garage privato sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

Un cattivo odore proveniente dai bagni, senza finestre, ma arieggiando non era troppo fastidioso. Lo sportello della doccia da riparare. Ma sono veramente piccole pecche.

Ubicación céntrica, relacion calidad precio inmejorable. Parking justo en el edificio. Anfitrión muy atento y agradable. Nos recomendo muchos sitios para visitar
