Cleanliness, old equipment and poor maintenance
CAThe property is large, nicely equipped, with a large and private terrrace too, excellent location with walking distance to most of the attractions. We travelled by car and parking is available, but BE AWARE, access to the property garage is a little bit difficult in terms of very narrow streets. Entry and exiting garage requires few maneuvers. Large cars are not recommended. Also, make sure you inform the administrator, Carlos, your vehicle information, since you will acess a Limited Traffic Zone that requires a permit.
On our 3 nights stay TV wasn't working, not a huge issue, but a bit unpleasant.
AUThe property was at a central location with a good view of Alhambara. Parking could be problematic for inexperienced drivers.
The property is a bit dated
FRAULocation was excellent, especially close to the Alhambra. Beautiful courtyard with outdoor setting. Free parking was available. Host, Carlos, very helpful with directions to apartment and parking in the garage. Without his assistance it would have been difficult navigating the narrow streets in the Albaicin neighbourhood.
Bathroom a little tight with spacing. Shower over bath. Easy to get in but more difficult to climb out. Tea/coffee maker stated as provided but no coffee or tea supplied. Found it difficult to access cable channels on TV.
NZThe apartment was located near a main tourist area but in a secluded exclusive residential enclave. It was absolutely perfect with a private courtyard, lovely peaceful gardens and modern amenities in a tastefully appointed residence. It was walking distance to Alhambra and many restaurants. Getting to the apartment could be difficult but Carlos supplied detailed info, met us on arrival, directed us into the secure parking garage and gave us a rundown on the apartment and the area. It all went perfectly and some other comments about the tricky parking may be a bit harsh...

BGVery nice apartment, big patio, perfect location in Albaicin, walking distance from Sacromonte, view points, catherdral, Alhambra. To park in the unit was kind of adventure, we couldn't have done it with without the guidance from Carlos. He was the perfect host and provided us with all kind of useful info about Granada, places to eat, to visit etc.
The bathroom could use some renovation, but not a big issue at all.
GBThe location was a winner BUT finding it was a challenge,and parking the car in the under ground garage without the help of Carlos,not sure we would have done it.He was amazingly helpful.
Think the bathroom could do with a refurb.
