Apartment was smaller than expected, just about okay for 2 x adults and 2 x kids. Yes the street noise is there but it's very central so it's to be expected. Parking in San Augustine is tight and awkward to get to but again expected in an old historic city.

This place has the best location and breathtaking views! The living room overlooks Plaza Nueva, the most beautiful square in town, with the Alhambra's tower in the background. We truly enjoyed watching city life from the comfort of our cozy armchairs (very comfortable, with foot support) after our long days of exploration. From observing the delivery of supplies to local restaurants at sunset to shopkeepers closing their businesses at night, there was always something to see. Noise was not an issue for us, perhaps because we used earplugs while sleeping. All major sites are within walking distance; it's about 600 meters uphill to reach the Alhambra (the Gate of Justice is the entry you need), but the slope is manageable. Our group, aged 50 to 70, found it quite easy. We stayed in this apartment in the second half of November, and the heating was excellent. Also I recommend Kebab Marroqui on the corner - I had the second-best shawarma of my life there for 4 euros

While the apartment is well-renovated, it may not be comfortable for a group of four adults. The smaller bedroom is extremely compact; when the second bed is pulled out, there’s only about 0.5 square meters of space left. Additionally, there’s no bedside table, which makes it inconvenient for placing items like phones, hand cream, hairpins, and earplugs. I would recommend this accommodation for two adults and two children. Lastly, please note that there is only one bathroom, while the toilet is separate.

Slight problem as we had been given the wrong lock box code. However, a quick phone call to the host and this was resolved in minutes. Host was easy to contact and really helpful as we also had a problem with the WiFi. Again, quickly resolved by a friendly, helpful host. Great location in the centre close to all the sites and within easy walking distance of resataurants, cafes bars and shops.

The location is amazing. Right on the Plaza Nueva. Very comfortable.

It worked out for us, but it is advertised as having 2 bathrooms yet only has 1 1/2.

Location was excellent. Lots of windows and light in the sitting room with beautiful views to Plaza Neuva, The Alhambra and Iglesia de Santa Anna.

I think check out time is too early. It used to be midday going by the literature on the cabinet in the sitting room. I think that is a much more appropriate time given that access to the apartment is not until 16.00 When you are in a city like Granada and want to make the most of the wine, tapas and night life I think leaving by 11am is a little early. Most hotels are midday and to be fair the apartment is not very big and could easily be cleaned in less than 2-3 hours. Also not that it mattered to us but the TV was useless. Non of us could get it to work. I think an upgrade to a wall mounted smart TV would be a very good idea.
