The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the area on foot

The apartment itself has several significant drawbacks: 1) The apartment is at street level, which makes it quite dark and lacking in privacy, as people can easily look in when passing by. It's dark, and even during the day it requires lights to be on, even if you open the curtains and everyone can look into your space 2) The shower is poorly designed and spills water into the bathroom, leaving everything wet after each use 3) The decor feels very cheap, and overall the place lacks a sense of comfort, and it is badly lit (bad, inconsistent light temperature) 4) Several of the kitchen chairs are broken 5) The kitchenette itself is extremely small, with very limited cooking utensils, making it impractical for preparing meals 6) The bathroom sink keeps overflowing 7) Noise - the apartment is located directly in front of a church, and it becomes very loud for about half an hour every time mass finishes, sometimes quite late in the evening 8) Living room has a very uncomfortable sofa (and broken chairs), and TV is set in a completely inconvenient place. WE DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG KIDS

Die Lage in der Innenstadt und die Dachterrasse sind super.

Die Anfahrt und das Parken mit dem Auto waren etwas problematisch. Das Mobiliar war in einem schlechten Zustand und das Appartement im ganzen unsauber.
