Beautiful apartment with 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Comfortable beds, nicely equipped small kitchen. Lovely patio, with a pool shared with a second suite in the house.

The air conditioning did not work. We notified the property manager once we realized this, but it could not be repaired before we left. We have sent a message to Booking.com customer service, hoping they will refund us some amount. The lack of AC meant having to keep bedroom windows open, and the street noise and light affected our sleep each night.

The accommodation was beautiful and I liked the rules-free access to the pool, and I loved visiting Granada

You do share the pool with another group and luckily this was mostly ok

Maison joliment décorée, très confortable, avec une terrasse bien agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié aussi la jolie cour et la piscine dans laquelle nous étions très contents de nous délasser après nos journées de visite. Un grand merci à Aaron pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Wir hatten die obere Wohnung. Super geräumig, sehr schön und besonders eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Man fühlt sich gleich zuhause! Drei Zimmer alle mit eigenem Bad, sehr großer Wohn/Essbereich, voll ausgestattete Küche und eigene Terrasse. Es gibt wirklich alles was man für Aufenthalt (inkl Waschmaschine) benötigt! Großer, sehr schöner Pool mit Sitzgelegenheiten (und sogar eigener Toilette) und tolle Wohnanlage mit Innenhof. Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen und wird mit anderem Apartment geteilt. Sehr gute Lage & schöner Ausblick - 15 Minuten ins Zentrum zu Fuß (aber fahren auch regelmäßig Busse) und ca 10 Minuten mit Bus zur Alhambra) Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Eigentlich nichts wirklich. Kleinere Punkte: Die Haustür, die Tür zum Master-Bedroom und die Duschschiebetür quietschen etwas - wäre aber sicher leicht zu beheben! Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, wenn auch untere Wohnung belegt ist, da scheinbar beide Wohnungen verbunden sind. Wir hatten kein Problem damit! Am besten bucht man aber gleich als große Gruppe beide Einheiten - dann hat man das perfekte Haus!

The pool is amazing and the perfect place to relax in the Spanish heat. Fantastic outdoor space with many areas to sit in the sun or shade at various times of the day. Three big bedrooms all with en-suites. Kitchen is small but it’s got everything you need in terms of appliances and cutlery & crockery. Short walk down into the city centre or there is a bus stop just around the corner. Also can get the bus up to the Alhambra or it’s a fairly short but steep walk up there. On site parking in the garage is a massive plus in Granada. It’s a bit tight to get in but we managed even with a big hire car and the other residents having a van in there.

Didn’t spoil anything but was dusty / dirty on skirting boards as others have said. Sink in one en suite had come away from the wall. Cleaning materials added to the pool one day left it looking murky and unwise to use, messaged the contact and was advised it was ok to use after a bit of a wait, would be better to advise people in advance of this. Very small issues that stop is being a 10 out of 10.

Todo, cada habitación con su baño, la comodidad de la cocina, todo nuevo y limpio.

La gentillesse de l’hôte, le magnifique lieu avec de belles prestations.
