Парковка поруч відсутня і підʼїзд до самих апартаментів неможливий, телевізор застарілий (відсутнє підключення до мережі вайфай та і діагональ зовсім маленька), було б непогано замінити посуд, оскільки тарілки різні і трохи застарілі, до того ж їх мало.
