Un peu vétuste, notamment le matelas du lit double qui est beaucoup trop fatigué et qu'il faudrait changer.

Miettes sur la table et dans le four. Frigo pas très propre. Un peu de vaisselle sale. Vétusté et traces au mur donnant la sensation que ce n'est pas propre.
