"Comfortable home-like stay at a convenient location."

Clean, well-instructed and everything was comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not have much time to use the facility due to my weekend schedule.

Just a minor comment about the instruction of entry keypad. Its location was a bit difficult to find and I kept trying to look for it on the front of the house at night. Perhaps the instruction should include that it is on the side of the house. However, this is a very minor point, and the instructions and facility were all great.

"Very good"

I literally only slept there and one morning made myself a cup of tea. I was not there except at bedtime. The bed was comfortable and the unit was very spacious.

Darlene and Andy were responsive, kind, and accommodating. We are local to Niagara and will be staying again for a staycation. It is so clean and has everything you could require including a full kitchen. Truly, a home away from home!

The basement space was huge with a well equipped kitchen, great TV and even a bar. Darlene was incredibly accommodating and always happy to chat and help us with our plans. We used the hot tub and it was great.

If you’re from Britain you’ll find the duvet with a sheet instead of a proper duvet cover strange but I think this is probably standard in Canada and a bit of a cultural experience!

The suite was very clean, quiet and much larger then we expected. Felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. Our host Darlene was quick to answer our questions and returned my call instantly.

We brought some Keurig pods thinking that there would be a Keurig there but there wasn't. However she did provide a drip coffee machine and had coffee and sugar there for us to use. We managed without our Keurig. Not a big issue at all.
