Convenient self-check-in. The main thing is to carefully read the guide that is sent the day before arrival, it contains all the necessary information. — Excellent location in Lower Gudauri: there is a Spar grocery store in the building, equipment rental and services. — Within walking distance are several cafes and restaurants (we often went to Sadzele — good value for money), as well as a currency exchange (with a more or less favorable exchange rate), a gas station and a pharmacy. — It's about an 8-minute walk to the Pirveli lift, and you can ski back to the hotel on a snowboard/skis — very convenient. — A quiet and comfortable place without noisy establishments nearby. — A spacious room with a good layout and zoning — it was very comfortable for two people. — An excellent dining area with panoramic windows and a balcony with a view of the mountains. — The kitchen is fully suitable for cooking: there is a basic set of dishes (frying pan, pot, cutlery), a French press, mugs/glasses, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. — Smart TV (YouTube works). — Stable electricity and hot water. — The room is warm, there is an additional heater. — A comfortable bed. — There is an electric towel dryer and a hairdryer in the bathroom. — Towels and basic hygiene products (gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper) were provided. — The Wi-Fi generally worked well, although there were occasional interruptions.

— There is no washing machine in the hotel — it was noticeable over almost 2 weeks. It would be convenient to add the possibility of washing for an additional fee. — There are lockers for storing skis/snowboards on the 1st floor, but there is no information anywhere on how to use them. — There is a lack of storage space: shelves and lockers (especially in the bathroom). One locker for two people was not enough. — The shower without a curtain/border — after showering, the water ends up all over the bathroom, and you have to clean it up manually.

Prijs kwaliteit was perfect! In tegenstelling tot oude recensies is dit appartement hartstikke goed. Het is er lekker warm en tocht zeker niet. Fijn balkonnetje, hele goede douche. Het beddengoed was heel zacht, we hebben geweldig geslapen. Als er iets was, dan kregen we direct een reactie en we werden altijd goed geholpen. Sleutel kastje was heel goed te vinden. Alles was goed omschreven en zeker wel duidelijk. Communicatie was dus perfect. Je kon er koffie maken, brood toasten, koken en de supermarkt en goedkoopste ski verhuur zitten in hetzelfde gebouw. 100% een aanrader!

Helaas geen locker voor de ski’s en ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar de piste. Maar de lagere prijs was het absoluut waard. Vrienden betaalden bijna 2x meer dan wij en hadden een veel minder fijne plek. Wij hebben een openbare locker dicht bij de piste gebruikt, waardoor dit appartement echt perfect was. Slaapbank was niet heel luxe, maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. Het bed was absoluut geweldig.

The apartments are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Self check-in and check-out are very convenient. Make sure to download the check-in instructions when you have internet access, as you need them upon arrival. The location is good. It’s about an 800-meter walk to the ski lift, though getting there by car is more convenient. There is parking near the lift, but it’s better to arrive a bit earlier to find a free spot. The lifts open at 10:00. There is a ski equipment rental in the apartment building. But you can also use the rental shops located near the ski lifts.

1. The room is end of hall way, and there is no room to switch to. 2. Cleaning is not done until 18:00 while check in was at 14:00. 3. Being asked to leave the room for cleaning after checkin time. 4. The soap is missing and no enough shampoo is provided. 5. The room has almost no balcony (compare to other rooms having the same price offered by Wehost ), because it is the end of hall way. 6. The room our friends live in (also on 4th floor, same price, also Wehost), has NONE of the above issues. 7. Bad view. No mountain view. 8. Long long walk from the slope.

All good! but booking.com charging 73lari extra per/day for cleaning.. But no one is coming to clean the room i simply paid 292 lari extra

Good service. In advance the Host let us know how to get the keys, very detailed instructions. We got keys and find our apartment very easily. Very good location, only 5 min to first ropeway on the top. SPAR shop downstairs, very comfortable to buy groceries and cook food in apartment. Apartment has all kitchen appliances needed.

There were some problems with additional overdraft payment from my bank account. But Host was very helpful, he helped to solve this issue and return money.
