I really don’t know where to start. This is an absolute outrage to rent out to people. If possible, I would like compensation. Let’s start with the sleeping furniture: the mattresses should be thrown away. They are completely worn out and impossible to sleep on. But the worst part is the sofa. It should have been thrown away years ago. It is impossible to sleep on. It is completely worn out, and when you lie down on it — or even sit on it — you simply sink in, with only two wooden boards supporting you. We booked this place for a family of four. We went there with two children who were supposed to sleep on the sofa, but I do not know what kind of parent would leave their children on something like that. It is like an instrument of torture. We put them on the worn-out mattresses, and my wife and I “used the sofa.” By “used,” I mean two sleepless nights. For the whole family. Cleanliness: all the pillows and duvets have yellow stains that look like urine stains. It is impossible to describe how disgusting it was. They cost next to nothing, so why were they not simply replaced? Those four pillows and duvets have either been used for many years, or I do not even want to imagine what has happened to them. The cushions on the chairs had the same stains. Wardrobe and chest of drawers: there is practically no wardrobe, because it has been turned into a storage space for an old dirty carpet, someone else’s clothes, a vacuum cleaner, and so on. There was a thick layer of dust on the shelves. In the chest of drawers, which was also dusty, we again found someone else’s clothes. In that situation, you have no choice but to keep your clothes in your suitcases. Completely disgusting. The bathroom is large, well designed, and spacious, and it also has a washing machine. But the cleanliness — there was mold in the shower cabin. Mold! Just spraying it with cleaning product once every two months would be enough to prevent mold. That says a lot about the hygiene.

The apartment is close to the train station and it is an easy walk to the Old Town. Spacious and comfortable
