Clean property, good facilities, great host with good communication. Location perfect, less than 15 minutes walk from the square

Good communication from host. Very clean and comfortable beds. They provided essentials like tea etc.

There was no living room to sit as a group. The kitchen was too small to sit comfortable as a group.

It has all needs

Our host provide wrong information about check in to my sister (i check in later 2 hours) He say flat is on second floor on the right side. This building has 3!!!! Floor. So it is easy to find as building not has elevator.I check in later with my daughter (12 years old teenager). So we went all sleep and at the middle of the night wake up from intercom call which was non stop-later i came to the door to ask who was there -i heard there is people teying open our door to flat and they not reply to me-me and my sister was super scare we wanted call police. I directly text host-he say it is my sister fault as she consfuse flat and there is other guests which suppoosed to stay in this flat! Wow?! Really?! So if you have many flat for rent at same building and leave door open and key in open space-maybe it is better to accomodate guests that not been such surprises. One more time-i have all proove with messages that flat should be on second floor-so we went at this flat where host provide us information. Ok,next night at 2am-exactly at same time we wake up from intercom call again! This was totally terrible experiance-not sleeping 2 night in the row! I text host again 2 am that we had a intercom call and we not possible sleep-there was ignoring from his side-not apologise-totally NOTHING. When i text host on booking about my experiance and ask him at least return money for one night-he say sorry no return. So i stay there and only suffer-had stress if i knew it happned folowwing night i will book hotel! So i advice if you dont want destroy your stay in Krakow not stay at this appartament!

Host was very helpful. The apartment is very spacious, renovated and has everything you need. The kitchen + living room are very large and well equipped. Beds were comfortable, location was great - very close to everything. It was easy to find parking on the street and you can walk from the location to anywhere in the city center.

Can't find anything at fault.

Very nice location and apartment was pretty big, 3 bathrooms and enough place for all of us (9 people) Owner was also very nice.
