Lokalizacja w centrum, przystanki tramwajowe przed wejściem, bliskość punktów gastronomicznych. Klucze w skrytce przy wejściu.

W łazience bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach. Jakby ktoś się przed chwilą załatwił i ten zapach nie mija. Drążek słuchawki prysznicowej niesprawny. Po prostu ktoś sprząta bardzo niedbale. Meble tapicerowane i łóżka do odświeżenia. Lampki nocne nie działają. Tapicerki raczej dawno nie prane. Brud pod łóżkiem. Wszędzie nieprzyjemny zapach maskowany odświeżaczem. Kamery na każdym kroku. W tv jest tylko kilkanaście kanalow.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, kontakt z właścicielem( osobą kontaktową), czysto. Łącznie mieliśmy wynajęte dwa mieszkania, na dwóch różnych piętrach. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, piekarnia, tramwaj.

Bardzo zimno w pokoju( szczególnie w małej sypialni) po rozmowie z osoba odpowiedzialną za obiekty, usłyszałam " musze zapewnić 18°" Zgodnie z przepisami tak- jednak to ja wydałam pieniądze na leki dla mnie i córki . Na klatce można palić papierosy, na każdym piętrze brakuję górnych okien. W mieszkaniu jest dużo rzeczy do naprawy, wymiany. W tym drzwi od szafy, których nie dało się przesunąć ( naprawiliśmy sami)

I have to wait until 3 pm in the street, and the place refused early entry, and I have to leave last day by 5 am, so it was never on time as they think

Convenient location of the apartments. The apartments are also located in an interesting area rich in history. It was clean and cozy.

The radiators were not working well, it was cold. If you travel in the cold season, you may get sick.

La ubicación es buena, pasa el tranvía enfrente, durante la noche se escucha, la calefacción estaba bien igualmente hay un aire acondicionado modo calor

Los colchones son muy incómodos, de resorte y se siente cuando te acostas, deberían cambiarlos, tampoco usan sábanas, parece un cubre colchón y las almohadas también son incómodas Cuando salís del departamento se corta la luz, a tener en cuenta si van a tener cosas en la heladera Los tenedores tienen suciedad que no sale lavándolos, estaría bueno que pongan un seca plato
