Zulu Apartments Old Town

AC was truly the only good thing about this apartment

Unfortunately, we arrived to a shower clogged with dark hair. The water was not draining at all so the bathroom could not have been cleaned before our arrival. Hair was also found in different places of the apartment- on one of the beds and inside bathroom drawers. After a day of travelling we were very tired and desperate to take a shower. Since it was around 11pm & there isn't a 24/7 reception, we had to fix the issue ourselves and use taxi services to find an open store with a product that would help. That cost us ~100 PLN. Not to mention the time, stress, and disappointment at the very beginning of arriving at a new city. The host only answered in the morning (understandably) when the issue was already resolved by us. Unfortunately after going back and forth, we were not offered any kind of help or compensation for this whatsoever. Very disappointing. Apart from that, a lot of features at the apartment leave a lot to be desired. The bedding had stains on. The kettle was in a tragic state with the lid not opening. The TV is the size of a regular computer monitor. There were no actual windows in that particular apartment, only roof windows. And to top it all of this apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Unfortunately would recommend avoiding staying there.

L'emplacement à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique Spacieux pour 4 Il restait de l'huile, du vinaigre et pas mal de petites choses ce qui est pratique et évite de tout racheter sur place

Manque un micro onde Les, stores qui ne sont pas du tout occultant pour la nuit

The interior design, the mattress, the kitchen, those positions, the temperature of the apartment, the bathroom

The floor was a bit slippery due to a product used to clean, and they forgot a pair of sheets (we were two). The stairs to the upper bed need a protection During the night one could fall if wants to get water from the kitchen downstairs
