своя кухня , свой санузел, просторная комната , 6мин от центра пешком, во дворе места мало но есть шанс бесплатно припарковать автомобиль .

ночью неработало отопление , в последний 20 часов не подключались телефоны к вайфай. ( как будто ограничили число пользователей )
