Apartamenty Amber

The apartment was way better than our expectations. I do not understand the bad reviews given to this place. The apartment was very clean and very well taken care of. Adequate cutlery and cooking utensils, including dishwashing liquid and sponges. There was a kettle, microwave, induction stove and fridge. Our kettle was not working when we arrived, and the owner immediately drove down from his place to provide us with a working kettle upon us contacting him over Whatsapp. I have never experienced such customer service before, and I was genuinely shocked with the hospitality and service. The wifi can buffer from time to time, but is generally good enough to even stream or download videos. During our stay, the TV was not working due to some external issue, but it was not a problem for us as we just used our own devices. The owner was also in contact with us regarding the TV, and even stepped in after we checked out to install something to try to fix the issue. I do not understand why there are several reviews complaining that the towel is small as it is seriously sufficiently large. It is a normal sized towel. The water in the shower was also heated enough for a very comfortable shower. The bed was very comfortable (only one was made as only two of us were staying). The air conditioning in the unit is powered by a seemingly very new aircon, and provided the apartment with very good cooling / heating when we needed. It also provided very good ventilation, and we never felt like it was stuffy even when cooking. The apartment complex also has a dedicated garbage collection area, so it was very convenient to take our trash out as we were leaving. Overall, this stay more than surpassed my expectations and we were even sad to leave the apartment after 5 nights here. Thank you to the owner for the hospitality and the comfortable stay.
