Wonderful Apartments in the Center of Krakow

Les mousses de matelas très basse de gamme . Insuffisance ustensile pour la cuisine. L absence d eau chaude. Les radiateurs sont difficiles a gérer. La protection des lits qui se décollent, pas de torchons, erreurs d affichage sur booking sur le nombre de salle de bains et toilettes . Il y en a qu une . Manque de confort pour notre groupe de 6 personnes .

There wasn’t much to like

The dirty walls torn wallpaper holes in the wall where Cabinet had come of electric socket that didn’t work Shower could only be used as a hand held shower as the bracket on the shower wall was broken

The apartment was lovely and clean lovely and warm with the heating on constant. Just what you need when the snow is coming down thick and fast. Only a 20 minute walk to the centre on the corner there's a small shop where you can get essentials e.g milk bread coffee.

2 things that would make the apartment really perfect would be if they put a Toaster and microwave in there. Also even though there's a notice saying QUIET TIMES are between 10pm and 6pm the noise from the apartment right above us was bad. And always started the same time every night 11pm and went on until 3am.

The accomodation is 15 minutes walk from Old town centre. The property is spacious with good sized rooms and a good equipped kitchen.

The location is wrongly listed, The heating was not working for the first night and we literally were freezing. the heaters are attached to the wall when working they are of danger especially to children. One of the beds was broken leaving us uncomfortable and when contacting the property about this they apologized however did not remedy this. There was multiple damaged items throughout the property and also the floors were super creaky.

Noi abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia, trovata già dall'arrivo con tutte le spie accese e molto rumorosa. Di risveglio al mattino dopo ci siamo resi conto che la caldaia, e dunque i riscaldamenti (con temperature sotto lo zero) , non era funzionante, per poi magicamente ripartire per poche ore. Rientrati la sera, e dopo che solo due persone su sette siano riuscite a farsi un doccia nemmeno calda, uno dei tubi della caldaia è esploso, riempendo il mini-bagno d'acqua e puzza di calcare. Ho chiamato gli host, che prima mi hanno tenuto in attesa quasi venti minuti per poi informarmi che saremo dovuti rimanere tutta la notte senza acqua per aspettare il tecnico la mattina successiva (specifico nuovamente che fossimo un gruppo di 7). Dato che suppongo che ci fosse un guasto importante e che vi sono state varie lamentale, siamo poi stati informati che ci avrebbero cambiato appartamento, riuscendo, una singola notte su tre, a farci tutti la doccia, a dormire al caldo e cosa più importante usare i servizi igenici senza avere paura di riaprire l'acqua.
