Εγγύτητα στην παλιά πόλη, αρκετά και καλά μαγαζιά στην περιοχή. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο, οι παροχές καλές.

Δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα συσκότισης στο σαλόνι όπου βρίσκεται ο καναπές-κρεβάτι.
