La necessità di un po’ di manutenzione della parti soggette a usura del tempo, la scomodità delle scale per raggiungere l’appartamento.

FRLa vue sur la baie est vraiment géniale et on se croirait sur un bateau à entendre les vagues au petit déjeuner. L'hôte est réactif. Les escaliers sont larges et pas du tout problématiques. Le chauffage fonctionnait bien. Les balades autour de la lagune sont magnifiques.
L'équipement est un peu léger pour plus d'une nuit et surtout si on veut cuisiner. Internet ne fonctionnait pas bien quand nous y étions. Le quartier est assez huppé, donc les restaurants sont un peu chers comparés à la Grèce.

ITGentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario e posizione
Siamo stati 3 notti. Vicino al terrazzino ci sono due canne fumarie che invadono con odore di cibo, e lo stesso problema lo si ha in bagno. Le finestre non hanno le zanzariere. Il bagno facendosi la doccia si allaga e non si asciuga mai. Il materasso è scomodo, come anche i cuscini. Le lenzuola con angoli non c'erano, e il lenzuolo usato non priva tutto il materasso. Ne abbiamo chiesto un altro e il proprietario ce l'ha subito portato.
