The apartment is in an old area in a building on the ground floor. People are constantly walking in front of the windows and making noise. No parking on the street.

The apartment is very cold, the temperature is not higher than 18 degrees. The water is heated by a gas water heater and appears only 5 minutes after opening the tap. The shower stall is leaking, the sewerage does not work. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small, it is impossible to sit on the toilet. The kitchen is dirty.

Quite good location, very poor condition, some of the facilities out of order

Definitely the condition of the bathroom,particularly, the bathroom was too small,the toilet was out of order ,hardly you could flash the water ,the sink like in the plane ,such small.The area and building was very old and scary
