The location.

Where do I start? I guess my 16 year old son and I should have known what we were in for when we retrieved the key from the office down the filthy alley behind the garbage bins. We were so shocked at the dismal overall look and feel of the apartment that my son felt unsafe, and I was crying, trying to figure out a last-minute plan B. We had the overwhelming feeling of being had and taken advantage of. The apartment looked nothing like the photos. They had included photos from different apartments to make it look more appealing online. When I contacted the manager to express our disappointment, she sent photos from a different post and argued that the description was accurate and there was nothing to be done about it. The walls were thin, so we could hear the neighbors clearly, which made it hard to sleep. The mattresses on the bed and pull out sofa were so thin that we could feel the frame underneath. The furniture was cheap. The View was of the gutters and trash from the alleyway. If there is anything to be gained from our experience, we can only hope that other people don't get scammed like we were. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM COMPANY!!!

The property was very centrally located and easily accessible walking from all interesting parts of the city. The staff at the reception desk was polite in person and over the phone.

The noise from the main place and from the street was easily heard in our room all the time day and night. The main double bed was very hard and not comfortable and the second bed, which was in the CORIDOR was even worse. The bathroom was very outdated and tiny, the toilet barely accumulated any water and the shower was pointing at the wall so you could only shower by holding it with a hand not keeping it at its fixed stand. In general the whole apartment had very old facilities inside, was not really well maintained and needs to be either completely renovated or even the building demolished and rebuilt. The AC did not work when we checked in but they sent a repair staff who arrived very fast and fixed it. Yet after that it was both too strong and not strong enough - extremely strong blowing directly into the main bed, yet not cooling enough the whole place as the windows didn't have good enough insulation to keep the heat out.

Great apartment for a group . All towels and sheets provided and extra person added on at last minute. Easy to check in and out and really good commucnication throughout. Great location

Loved the fact that you could step out onto the Square and Christmas Market but that was the only thing worth staying there.

I rented the apartment with the 2 beds in one room and the other full bed in the corridor. First, if you are visiting and it’s cold, you can forget that full bed - that corridor and seating area is totally useless because it’s VERY cold - far too cold for someone to sleep there. I slept in the queen bed and it was by far the most uncomfortable and loud bed I have ever used. Unfortunately, I booked 5 nights and woke up every morning with poor sleep and a sore back. The mattress is too thin, and even piling extra bedding to try to bulk it up did not help. Additionally I used the washing machine which was full the whole first day I was there since it is shared among the three apartments. There is no dryer and I did not have a drying rack in my room so I had to utilize hangers and other ways to hang clothes. Communication was ok but definitely slow.

Apartment description and pictures showed bedroom and kitchen as separate when it was actually the same room. The bed was hard. The bathroom was across some sort of corridor which was freezing, had no curtains so privacy was minimal. There was nowhere comfortable to sit and relax (armchair or sofa). The dining table was in the corridor part which like I said was freezing and a completely unusable area. When sat up in bed you could see through the glass in the door and corridor window straight into the room across the courtyard so obviously they could see you....curtains would have been a bonus. Our room was on the second floor at the end of the building, there were no obvious signs of a fitted fire alarm or any fire extinguishers, there were pictures of extinguishers but none were fitted.

The authenticity and charm of the apartment, the location was perfect, not noisy at all, close to shops and restaurants. If you love a real polish feel, this is the place to stay, bed was comfortable, flat screen tv, Wi-Fi, loads of character, absolutely loved
