Moderne Wohnung in Krefeld

Wifi is stable. Some furnitures have been upgraded. Comfortable place.

Shower room has been upgraded, but water still leaks around the frame.

home decoration, ventilation, sunlight comes into the room, kitchen, dining area, i will count this property in my dream list. Property owner is very nice and familiar.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Gemütlich, sauber, komfortabel.

Toll geschnittene Wohnung. Die Küche ausgestattet, das man tatsächlich auch kochen kann wenn man mag. Kochtopf, Pfanne, Ofen 👍

Nichts. Es ist etwas im Industriegebiet, das muss einem bewusst sein, aber hat mich nicht gestört.

Sehr familienfreundliche Gastgeber! Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ist kaum zu übertreffen.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit absolut alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Das war mal ein superentspannter Aufenthalt! Mit einer Freundin zusammen übers Wochenende gemietet, überraschte uns die Wohnung mit einer tollen Einrichtung und Geräumigkeit - und Ruhe, trotz dass man doch recht stadtnah wohnt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die freundliche Gastgeberin gab uns tolle Restaurant Tipps. Man parkt direkt vorm Haus, geschützt auf dem Hinterhof. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind riesig und schön eingerichtet, es hat zwei Schlafcouches im WoZi und alles, was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem! Das Bad ist mit einer nagelneuen Duschkabine ausgestattet, die wunderbar ist :-) Auch in der Wohn-Küche fehlt es an nichts - einzig, es hat keinen Eisschrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder hier einziehen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind! :-)

The apartment is really well put together with lots of open space and a large sitting area and bedroom. It felt spacious and pleasant to be in. And as per its name... it has a modern feel ! The location is maybe not too traditional for an apartment as it is effectively in a trading estate, but that was a bonus in fact, as it was quiet and well lit should you want to go out at night for example. The parking area was off-street, and it was super easy to get to and from the apartment via driving. It is also within easy walking distance to the sports facility at Uerdingen. Maybe could add a grill pan (and/or toaster), and a microwave, into the kitchen somehow just to provide additional useful cooking options, but otherwise the kitchen was easy to navigate and use.

Wi-fi best signal near the TV/sitting area, with the TV switched off. Not really viable anywhere else in the apartment.
