The size of the apartment.

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the apartment was in unacceptable condition. The internet did not work at all, making the TV unusable. The kitchen window was completely broken and could not be closed – during a strong storm at night, it kept flying open, which was both dangerous and stressful. The entire apartment had a bad smell, and the balcony was dirty and neglected. There were visible signs of unfinished construction work throughout the property. The shower only produced either extremely hot or ice-cold water and was almost impossible to regulate. The toilet seat was loose to the point that my 80-year-old mother nearly fell. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with barely any dishes or cutlery, and not even basic items like salt, pepper, or oil. The coffee machine could not be used because the pot did not fit. Towels were left damp on the beds and seemed unwashed. Additionally, there were four plastic chairs in the apartment, all of which were broken in the middle. Sitting on them risked tearing your clothes or even pinching your skin. The curtain rod kept falling down because it had been poorly “repaired” with tape, which obviously did not hold. The situation in the building was also unacceptable. There is a bar downstairs causing significant noise at night. Garbage was left in the hallway, creating a terrible smell. The main door was often left open, meaning there was no security and strangers could easily enter the building. Customer service was equally disappointing. When we called on the first day, we were told it was outside business hours (Sunday). Later, two people came who did not speak any German and were unable to fix anything. We were in the middle of an international move with my elderly mother and had no alternative because our original accommodation had been cancelled at short notice. Otherwise, we would have left immediately.

So an sich eigentlich echt viel Platz und an sich gute Idee . Man hat dort auch einfach Wohnungsfeeling. Badezimmer ist renoviert und auch wohl schick. Einchecken war easy mit dem digitalen PIN.

Die Wände sind alle beschmutzt, unbedingt mal streichen überall. Fensterbänke sind teilweise abgeschlagen worden und nicht erneuert. Betten an sich waren auch so lala..weich und man spürt die Federn.

Gutes Bett, gute Lage

Vermieter hat auf 2 Anrufe nicht reagiert. Den Tuercode gab es, entgegen der schriftlichen Zusage, erst am Anreisetag selber nach 2 Mailaufforderungen. Kein Spülschwamm und Geschirrtuch.
