- room was clean and comfy - host was helpful and friendly - smooth check in & check out process - spectacular view of sea & pool - amenities provided - wifi was really good and strong. Very helpful given most of the telco mobile data strength at TimurBay are bad.

there is a weird smell coming from the fridge, maybe someone bring durian..😅

"Superb location and balcony&windows views"

1.End lot unit - probably one of the units with best view. Balcony: sea/beach view. Rooms: both sea and pool view. 2. 2 parking lots 3. Helpful and responsive host.

Probably due to peak holiday school season, the cleanliness of the unit differs from past reviews. Only 1 set of bath wash and syampoo provided. That also located in different bathrooms (bath 1 - only syampoo, bath 2-only body wash)

The best part of the property is the sea view. Able to see sunrise from balcony. Lots of food outlet nearby. Swimming pool, beach area overall the entire resident area is clean.

Overall ok. It will be good if there are facilities of cleaning in the apartment. For example a vacuum cleaner may be. There was a broom which i used to sweep the floor but no dustpan.

Owner very friendly. Communicated well n very responsive to queries. The property is conveniently located near shops n restaurants. walking distance n with good amenities. It is also tastefully furnished. Love it. Felt like home.

Our daughter was a bit disappointed with swimming pool. It stated as open at 7am. but they started to clean pool at 7am instead n my daughter had to wait by the side before she cd use the pool to do her laps.

"excellent view, apartment is corner lot and uninterrupted view of beach and sunrise"

Breathtaking ocean view, spacious bathroom, comfy beds, Internet TV, free wifi. Slight hiccup during keys collection but owner Charel very helpful and gave out suggestions for restaurants and shops. Plenty of nice seafood restaurants and amenities nearby.

The living room has a slight damp/ pets odour probably from the sofa / carpets. The plastic chairs on balcony all brittle from sun exposure and not comfortable to sit on.
