Strategic location, value for money and homey atmosphere.

Booking grab you will need to move to outside the mall/building as the lobby is located inside the parking area.

"Apartment is great. What a bargain!"

This apartment is absolutely a bargain. The apartment is spacious. Every essential need was there, such as an iron and washing machine. The location of this apartment is very convenient (shopping mall right below the apartment). Overall, i would say this is a great apartment to stay, which i believe is the same with previous feedback that i read before i stay here.

There is no single thing that i don't like about this apartment.

Mr Teo was such an accomodating and helpful host! Property was as advertised and location is superb, the apartment is in a mall and if you're traveling, it's very convenient. Highly recommended!

The host really helpfull during my stay.. cheapest price among other apartment. Nice facilities and strategic location.. will stay again for my next visit to kuching... My kids really love the pool..
