Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass Selbstversorgung gut geklappt hat. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Rezeption ist täglich von 9-12 Uhr von dem sehr freundlichen Personal besetzt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Jede Wohnung hat einen kleinen Flur, mit Garderobe und ausreichend Platz für Schuhe, separates Schlafzimmer, ausreichend Schränke, um Kleidung zu verstauen, eine ausreichend eingerichtete Küche mit Essbereich, der anschließende Wohnbereich ist gemütlich eingerichtet, das Badezimmer hat Fußbodenheizung. Im Haus gibt es Gemeinschaftsräume (mit Fernseher, Spielen, Büchern, Playstation, Kicker, Getränken), ideal um sich am Abend mit mitreisenden Familienmitgliedern, die auch im Haus wohnen, zu treffen. Die Lage ist ideal, zentral im oberen Stadtbereich, Bushaltestelle, Rewe, Bäcker, Gastronomie, alles über kurze Wege (ohne großen Höhenunterschied) zu erreichen. Die Möglichkeiten der Kurkarte haben uns begeistert. Diese ermöglicht, durch die freie Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs (div. Busverbindungen), einen autofreien Aufenthalt zur Erkundung der Halbinsel Mönchgut und der Seebäder Baabe, Sellin und Binz.

sehr komfortable Wohneinrichtung, alles Nötige für das Wohlbefinden vorhanden, ruhige Lage zu Entspannen.

Keine Schuld des Vermieters, da vorher nicht nachgefragt. Kein Aufzug in das 2. OG für den Rollator. Vielleicht doch mal ein Hinweis bei der Wohnungvorstellung im Web.
