"Overall, my stay is fair"

Location is strategic

Area for improvement: 1) Shower head hose leaking making the waterheater wet and could lead to shortcircuit or worse. 2) toilet seat needs replacement/repair as its loosen 3) water pressure not stable. Produce loud vibration sound 4) limited tv channels
