Отличное расположение, потрясающий интерьер, удобные кровати и постельное, , все чисто, все есть на кухне что нужно во время отдыха. Обалденная баокон-терраса с видом на реку. Прохладно из-за того что река рядом, кондиционером почти не пользовались.

Был ряд поломок. Протекала душевая лейка, плохо работал замок на балконной двери. Также невозможно открыть окно в кухне на проветривание если сильный ветер. Но в целом это не сильно испортило отдых. Если проблемы будут решены - то мы бы с удовольствием приехали ещё раз, так как плюсы пеерквешивабт минусы. Единственное так как хозяин лично не контактирует с гостями то оперативно может не решить проблемы. Это нюанс

Прекрасный вид, продуманный стильный дизайн, легкое удобное заселение, тишина.

Всё понравилось. Чистота, постельное белье, кухня, расположение , балкон с видом на реку. Молодцы. Качественные апартаменты

Great size apartment for a couple spending a week in Kutaisi. It is in a great location and the terrace is a lovely addition. All the amenities we needed for our trip.

The shower pressure is not great so water did get everywhere in the bathroom, but not a huge issue!

Beautiful view of river. Clean and walking distance from shops.

Smooth check-in process and convenient location. The apartment is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing balcony that overlooks the river. The calming sound of the river adds to the atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet, close to small grocery shops, and within walking distance to the city center. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

There are a few steps at the entrance, and several cats often linger outside, which might be uncomfortable for guests who aren’t fond of animals. The bathroom is relatively small and lacks a shower door. The main bed was noisy and not very comfortable. The room is missing a dressing or study table, as well as a mirror. A surveillance camera on the balcony may affect privacy. Additionally, slippers and bottled drinking water were not provided.
