Apartment Riverside

My stay in Kutaisi was wonderful! I think that place was fantastic comfortable and I really loved modern apartment’s interior! My family enjoyed riverside views! I will recommend my British friends this apartment, because it is perfect match price and quality!

Nice view to the river, quite location

The host didn’t bring enough of pillows, bedsheets, glasses, robes for three people. The apartment was booked for three and there was enough of everything for two. The host only brought additional items only during the last day of stay, so until then one person who slept on the couch didn’t have any bed linen for it. They didn’t bring additional plates/glasses. They asked to leave the money in cash, as it was stated in booking, but refused to give me a receipt which I asked as a proof of payment.

The sofa bed is quite hard/firm to sleep on (I'm ok with that, some would not be). No curtain in the sofabed room.

The apartment is quite cozy with all needed facilities. The location is very good. Nice cats leave nearby.

At the day of arrival I didn’t receive check-in instructions. When I arrived to the property there was no one to help me to check in. Hopefully, I had roaming so I contacted the host. The first day it was quite cold in the apartment, but the next day the issue was solved.

great walkable location to main city, great view of river and clean and modern room

please keep more toilet papers and some basic cleaning products like dishwashing liquid and detergent, as guests staying for few days dont want to buy big packets.

Comfy, clean, cozy riverfront location in neighborhood but close to downtown. Easy street parking. Very nice helpful host. Lovely balcony.
