Такая красивая квартира….❤️ просто находка!💚 Сделано все настолько со вкусом и любовью, все необходимое есть, очень удобно было спать, очень красивая посуда.. очень милые и отзывчивые хозяйка и ее супруг❤️ Спасибо вам за настроение❤️🫶

鉄道駅やコルキスの泉までともに徒歩で10分かからずバスターミナルからBoltでの移動でも5ラリの距離と立地は申し分無し。部屋は広くセンスのあるインテリア等に囲まれ暮らすように過ごせた。シャワーの水圧は良かったが水温がMAXで40度あるかないかだったのが気になった（季節的に制限してるのか年中そうなのかは不明）。リビング内のベッドとは別に個室のベッドルームもあったがエアコンは設置されてなく窓もないため夏はドアを閉めて利用するのは厳しそう（ヒーターはある）。

急なスケジュール変更で22時過ぎのチェックインとなったがオーナーに笑顔はなくホスピタリティを感じなかった。鍵ではなくキーボックス利用や電子キーにすればよいと思う。 また洗面室にゴミ箱が無かったのが不便だった。

The apartment is big. It's located on the 2nd floor of the modern building, lift is available. We parked our car inside the territory. Bathroom is very big. There is separate bedroom and one additional bed in the living room. Everything was good.

The only think we didn't like was that there was no window in the bedroom and no air condition. So, it was too hot in the bedroom. There is an option to open the door to the bedroom and use AC from the living room, but it's not very comfortable in case 2 couples are staying in the apartment together.

Location is perfect, in the city center. Near the university buildings, quite district without annoying noise, with nice balcony. Groceries are at walking distance.

Parking space is the problem, cant part in the yard of the building itself.
