The apartment is very clean, modern and cozy. There was a lovely smell in the apartment. Location in a quiet neighborhood. 30 minutes by car from the airport. Close to shops. Quick contact with the owner.

The only downside is the very soft mattress in the bedroom. Unfortunately not for my back. Apart from that everything is great!

The owner is very responsive, replies to messages within minutes and is very helpful. I have never felt so taken care of as during my stay in Kutaisi. The owner helped us organize a day trip around the city and also provided transportation to the airport. The apartment meets all European standards, has all the comforts and is well equipped. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay here. It has all the facilities you need including air-conditioning, cooking range, washing machine, and clean bathroom. It was centrally located and an easy walk to the city center; close to supermarkets, a mall, restaurants, and main plaza. It has a lift so you won't need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The lady who hosts this place was very kind, informative, and responsive. We had to check-in early because of a flight change and she accommodated us. She even went out of her way to pick us up when we had difficulty getting a ride! If you want to have a convenient base for your adventure, I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Nothing. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again if ever we came back to visit! I recommended this to my friends who are planning to visit Kutaisi.
