A beautiful and comfortable apartment in the center of Kutaisi. Highly recommend staying here!

If you want to visit Kutaisi and get an amazing local experience - this is the place to stay and Mamuka is an amazing host with a big warm heart. He spent whole days driving us around Kutaisi and further in the mountains showing us the most beautiful places with amazing views, also took us to the region where the best vine is made in Georgia and the oldest vine bottle was found in the whole world. After trips like these and him telling stories about Georgian history, we would go back to his apartment which is in the centre of Kutaisi, the location could not be better. Very clean, warm, comfy beds and the living room where we would sit and taste local vine in the evening, we would enjoy views of the city from the balcony and an amazing view of the Bagrati cathedral on top of the mountain. If you want to get a great experience of Georgia - book this apartment I promise you will not find better

Everything was excellent. Clean, big apartment with everything we needed as a family staying in Kutaisi a few days. Very very close to the center, two balconies and very comfortable. If we return to Kutaisi we will definitely would like to stay here again. The host is also very kind and welcoming.

We really liked this property. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. He also has a lot of pride and offering such a great place at a great price. Property is nicely furnished, well stocked and maintained. He showed us how to Turn on the TV And how to use. He Got us onto the internet before he left and told us when to empty water jug for AC. That was a temporary issue and he's working on a permanent solution. We were only about three blocks from the White Bridge. The pharmacy is nearby and so are small grocery stores And multiple restaurants.. it was in a very convenient and safe neighborhood. We would choose that same property again if we returned to Kutaisi. We really liked it a lot.

As with every Georgian apartment we stayed in, there are no instructions in English. We had to write to the owner to tell us how to use clothes washer. He promptly returned to the apartment and showed us what to do, which was really Helpful. There are two AC units In the apartment. The second bedroom has one and the living area has the other. The only drawback to that is that other bedroom has to have the door open In order to get the AC Into that room. It just limits privacy. To exit the building on the first floor you need to press a red button that's about 3 ft to the right of the door. We had never seen that before even though it may be very popular in Georgia. No info on use of intercom. The only thing we could not use is the corkscrew . He could use an easier To operate Cookscrew.

The host was very approachable. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment and I recommend this apartment if you plan to visit Kutaisi, Georgia.
